Mrs. Johnson, Head of School
Mrs. Johnson has been teaching since 2009 after she graduated with an undergraduate degree in Secondary English Education from Purdue University. She began her teaching career at St. Bridget School in Richmond, Virginia as the sixth grade English and Social Studies teacher. She then moved to Columbus and began teaching middle school English at Columbus Preparatory Academy in 2014 and completed her master’s in Educational Administration from Ball State University in 2015. She accepted her current position as Assistant Principal at Columbus Preparatory Academy in 2017 and is excited to work with parents, staff, and students to help create a community of learners in an ever-changing world.

Mr. Miller, Assistant Principal
Mr. Miller has been teaching since 2008 after he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Middle Childhood Education from Bowling Green State University. Prior to accepting his current role at Columbus Preparatory Academy as Assistant Principal, he taught seventh and eighth-grade Mathematics.
Mr. Miller is passionate about education and Columbus Preparatory Academy. He is looking forward to a new challenge and chapter in his career of looking to help create an environment where staff feels supported, students feel challenged, and parents feel welcome.
