Columbus Preparatory Academy is a non-profit community school governed by a local Board of Directors. Our School Board will meet for 6 regularly scheduled meetings and one annual meeting during the 2020-2021 school year.  The dates, times, and locations for those meetings can be found below.

Special Meeting Notice – 

The Columbus Preparatory Academy Governing Authority will convene a special meeting on June 9, 2021, at 6:30 PM for the purpose of :

•Review and give possible consideration to the IT Internet service provider quote, providing the Governance Task Force authority to sign an approved quote.


•Provide the Governance Task force the ability to approve and sign a new Food Vendor agreement once all quotes have been reviewed. Signature is required prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.


•Review and give consideration to providing the short term planning task force the authority to approve and sign change orders for the third floor renovation project up to a $5,000 expense
